A blog about me, and the things I believe in. Debate and discussion are encouraged. I like to be proven wrong, because it allows me to grow.
Magic: the Gathering
If you know me, you probably know that I play a game called Magic: the Gathering. I like this game a lot. The main reason for that is because it allows me to practice systematic logical thought in a competitive yet friendly environment. This helps me with reasoning, deduction, problem solving, math skills, and social skills. I recommend this game to everyone. You don't have to be smart to play it, you dont have to be social to play it, and you dont have to have a lot of money to play it. That being said, having more of those things will give you and advantage over others in this game. But what you fail to realize is that having those things give you an advantage over everyone else in life anyhow. That being said, it is a game that can make you smarter, and will teach you social skills, all while making an minimum impact on your wallet, if you exercise self control. If this doesn't sell you on why you should play, then I don't know what will.
