Moving...

To my fanbase,
I am creating a wordpress account to better give people the ability to respond. Give me a week, or maybe two, to move everything over. Since I am going to be editing, rewriting and deleting some of my original posts, I have unpublished them here. I am not sorry. Complain on my FB page enough and I might work harder and faster.
New blog is located at: meetarealist.wordpress.com/

For my first post, I am going to complain about how difficult it was to come up with a good website name for this blog. I know its my fault for taking so long to actually create the dang thing, but there is no rationalized reason for why I should have to try sixty plus two word combinations to come up with something that symbolizes what this blog is going to be about. I finally ended up with utopia-terra. I. Am. Disappoint.
I wanted it to be something like Reality Versus Fantasy. Instead I had to pick some other oxymoron that came close to making it look like I want the world to be a better place by challenging others into thinking about the decisions that they make on a regular basis but don't because they don't know that they are decisions. All only using two words.
The reality is that people are going to read this blog, not for the name, but for the content. I am hoping that I might catch one or two stray volunteers who clicked next and randomly stumbled into my blog then saw the name which triggered a synapse making them think that there might actually be some content in here that is actually worth spending more than five minutes of their life, causing them to subscribe. Fantasy.
The main purpose of this blog is for me to complain about the reality, as I see it, of the world we live in, in an attempt to open peoples eyes to the fantasy world many of us live in. The main reason I am putting this into a blog in stead of some other medium is because the other medium I was using, notes in facebook, was not getting nearly the response that I would have liked. By the way, my average reply/like total for all of my notes happens to be less than two.
I primarily do these things for myself. Writing so others can read is a defeatist mentality. However I believe that some of the stuff that I write can open the minds of others if they would take a few minutes out of their lives. There are simple truths, some of which could be taken as common sense, about the world that our society chooses to ignore. If I could get one other person to see things from a different perspective, whether they chose to believe it or not, then there is a possibility that the world could be changed into a utopia-terra. I hope that this is not just a fantasy. Thanks for reading! :D
